A New Life
Dear Dr. Richardson,
I would just like to thank you for what you did for my son, Brad.
When he lost a leg in a car accident last year, he became very depressed. He was an athlete and he loved sports, so he was sure that his life was over. We couldn’t do anything that made him happy.
Then you came along with the incredible advances in prosthetic limbs. Brad’s leg moves very much like a real leg, and now everything has changed.
Thanks to his new artificial leg, Brad can do many things. Now, he is working hard to improve his physical skills. In fact, he has decided to study medicine so that he can help other people the way that you helped him.
